Smaragda is a Real Estate Sales Analyst, with previous experience in the real estate field. Before joining Orizory, has worked as Real Estate Transactions Executive in a major real estate company.
More specifically, Smaragdasâ key responsibilities:
– Handling assigned client portfolios and producing client-facing reports, analytics and performance
– Interfacing and collaborating with Property Management, Technical, Legal and Notaries for contracts
– Manage client enquiries and tracking progress via CRM, for assigned portfolios and assets across Greece
Smaragda holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance at University of West Attica.
